Having worked in highly professional environments for a combined total of 19 years, while remaining genuine car enthusiasts throughout, it became evident that the gap between the level of service provided by corporate, unforgiving main dealerships and independent garages was so large that genuine enthusiasts and owners didn't know where to turn.
We aim to fill that gap by providing the customer service and experience of a main dealership at the same, if not better, price point of an independent specialist. At the same time, we hope to connect with fellow enthusiasts and owners by giving informative, photographic updates through a 1 to 1 WhatsApp chat during your vehicle's work progress. We believe this gives our customers a personalised experience, and it's something we don't think anyone else on the market offers.

Amazing work carried out by Brad and the team at BMTEK, after purchasing a vehicle it needed the timing chain replacing and this is where BMTEK took over and carried out a detailed and confident repair while giving the car a look around tyres, brakes and overall visual inspection with a detailed video. Communication during the 2 day process was brilliant and they went that extra step to make sure the customer was happy with everything. Will definitely continue to use for future repair and service.

Top notch service from BMTEK once again. I've had my 540i in with them a few times now for a range of work from a faulty headlight module repair to ZF transmission service. Every visit you can tell these guys really do know their stuff.
